Moondrop Moonriver 2 Ti – A New shell
Moondrop Moonriver 2 Ti is a brand new upgraded variant for the famous Moonriver 2 USB DAC/AMP. It’s not just a cosmetic upgrade with a titanium shell design, Moondrop has also improved the sound capabilities of the DAC with further optimization. The audio circuitry on the Moonriver 2 Ti consists of dual flagship CS43198 DAC chips, a four-channel amplifier, and five independent power chips. This precisely designed audio circuitry ensures top-level sound performance achieving high DNR(131dB) performance with clean noise-free background.
Moondrop has designed the all-new Moonriver 2 Ti with high-quality TC4 Titanium alloy material. The Moonriver 2 Ti takes its inspiration from the Rippling “Flow” of the original design. It is made using a high-precision CNC machining process for a simply exquisite finish.
You can see the internal circuitry of the Moonriver 2 Ti, the DAC features a display window on the back side that has a clear view of the internal audio circuitry. It showcases the excellent craftsmanship of Moondrop in creating premium products.
Moondrop Moonriver 2 Ti comes equipped with a premium flagship dual-DAC chipset. The USB DAC houses two high-performance flagship CS43198 DAC chips that promise top-level performance in decoding high-resolution audio signals. The Moonriver 2 Ti supports decoding for high-resolution audio signals including 32-Bit/384kHz PCM and native DSD512 audio signals.
Moondrop Moonriver 2 Ti features a dual-amplifier four-channel output circuit. It’s a powerful device packing up to 250mW of clean output power through the balanced port. You can easily connect the Moonriver 2 to your source device.
Just like the OG Moonriver 2 USB DAC/AMP, Moondrop’s latest Moonriver 2 Ti also supports both single-ended and balanced headphone connections. It houses two output ports, one 3.5mm single-ended and another 4.4mm balanced port. With independent 100-level volume control, you can easily pair your sensitive IEMs or high-power requiring IEMs with the Moonriver 2 Ti easily.
