Aune has announced its latest portable Bluetooth and USB DAC and headphone amplifier, the Aune BU2. BU2 has two latest-generation Sabre DAC chips with an independent headphone amplifier architecture. It has the single-to-dual positive and negative voltage power supply of the highly acclaimed Aune B1 headphone amplifier. Aune BU2benefits fromDual ES9318 DAC chips and four independent amplifiers in a compact chassis. Apart from a USB Type-C connection, Aune BU2 can also be connected to smartphones and other devices using a wireless Bluetooth connection over SBC/AAC/aptX/aptX HD codecs.
AUNE BU2 brings the trusted Low-ripple positive and negative pump power circuit of the classic B1 headphone amplifier. With Dual ES9318 Sabre DAC chips and four independent amplifiers. Aune Audio has implemented two low-jitter 45M/49M crystal oscillators which are synchronized with the DAC chips by the USB chip, ensuring a properly synced audio chain in your pocket.
Aune BU2 has dynamic volume control technology consisting of electronic switches and an R2R ladder network. At lower volume levels, the R2R controls the subtle volume with a precisely matched resistance array. This helps in accurate volume adjustment for different impedance IEMs/Headphones.
The volume knob also hides a button underneath it. All settings, controls of the Aune BU2 can be adjusted using this volume knob only.
