Today, Aune Audio has launched their latest desktop digital music player, the all-new Aune X5s 8th Anniversary Edition. The X5s 8th Anniversary Edition is the fourth generation of the Aune X5 series with Freescale™ 600M processor, a low-level hardware solution player framework. It enables the X5s 8th generation to support decoding for high-resolution audio signals up to 32-Bit/768kHz PCM and DSD512 and at the same time, it supports key digital player clock input interface. Aune X5s 8th Gen is officially launched today for 299$.
The architecture of the X5s 8th Generation is similar to a CD player, the entire CPU is only used for audio restoration. Focusing primarily on high-quality audio decoding with support for PCM up to 32-Bit/768kHz and DSD up to DSd512 natively.
The main processor in Aune X5s 8th Anniversary edition directly decodes the audio file and transmits the data to a fourth-generation FPGA with its own low-jitter clock, regenerating the low-jitter digital signal and reproducing every single detail of the music.
Users can put their entire music library on the Aune X5s 8th Anniversary Edition. It supports an external USB Hard drive and Micro SD card with exFAT/FAT32 format options. Users can connect up to a 2TB external hard drive with the X5s 8th Anniversary Edition.
With the help of the advanced CSR8675 Bluetooth chip by Qualcomm, the latest Aune X5s provides high-resolution Bluetooth V5.0 connectivity. It acts as a high-resolution Bluetooth Turntable Music Player with support for an aptX HD wireless codec. It can output both digital (Coaxial/Optical) and analog (RCA) output at the same time. Aune X5s 8th Anniversary Edition can also play music on your Bluetooth headset.
