Topping DX5 All-in-One

Topping has released Red Dot Design and Golden Pin Design awarded all-in-one DAC/AMP, the all-new Topping DX5. DX5 comes with dual ES9068AS DAC chips. It offers the users a variety of connection options and also packs MQA (Master-Quality Authenticated) decoding. The latest DX5 can act as a single device that handles decoding of High-res signals and at the same time provides amplification.

Topping DX5 is designed with an NFCA headphone amplification circuitry. With this specially-designed NFCA amplification circuitry, the DX5 provides you with enough juice to drive even demanding headphones with ease. Even at 300Ω high-impedance level, the DX5 provides up to 250mW of clean power.

Master-Quality Authenticated(MQA) decoding is fully supported on the Topping DX5. It not only supports MQA over the USB Connection but also with Digital Coaxial and Optical Inputs supports full MQA decoding. So be prepared to experience full MQA decoding with the Topping DX5.

The latest DX5 is a hub with multiple connectivity options. For input, one can use USB, Coaxial, Optical, or even Bluetooth. With the Bluetooth connections, DX5 supports high-resolution signal transmission with LDAC codec support. As for output, we have the 6.35mm single-ended headphone jack and 4-pin XLR balanced headphone jack.

Topping DX5 supports DAC-only mode providing line-out to a dedicated amp in your chain, or you can use its headphone amplifier too, or you can simply use both. You can also use it to give line-out at the same time from both RCA and XLR ports. All these modes are easily accessible and can also be switched using the remote control.
