Yinlvmei has announced an upgraded variant for the W1 Windows 10 music player, the brand new Yinlvmei W1s. W1s comes as an optimized and updated version of W1. W1 originally had AKM flagship AK4499 DAC chips, the latest W1s is loaded with flagship-grade ESS9038Pro ESS Sabre DAC chip. It features six OPA1612 opamps in the I/V conversion filter with two OPA1612 in the LPF circuit. The main Amp stage has custom-designed opamp architecture consisting of four custom OPAmps and four LME49600 chips. W1s is capable of providing a powerful 1.5W output power through the balanced 4.4mm headphone output port. W1s is powered by an Intel X5 Z8350 processor that delivers a lightning-fast user experience.
Quick Time Player, Foobar, and many more, W1s can run any professional media playback software and uses the ASIO channel. It has an ESS9038Pro DAC chip that supports high-resolution audio signal decoding with ultra-low distortion and high SNR ratings. It supports PCM decoding up to 32-Bit/ 384kHz PCM and up to DSD256 natively.
Six OPA1612 opamps in the I/V conversion filter and two OPA1612 in the LPF circuit. The main amp stage utilizes four custom OPAMPS paired with four LME49600 chips for extremely clean and distortion-free signal amplification. W1s has four-level gain modes that allow the users to use both sensitive as well as demanding IEMs/Headphones with ease.
W1s has an analog potentiometer volume control that allows for precise volume adjustment without introducing any kind of noise or distortion in the output signal.
